Our experience in construction and property development ranges
from small residential schemes up to planning large estates of
houses or commercial buildings. You can benefit from our long standing experience.
We can provide concept, feasibility, planning application and 
building regulation drawings for your development. Some
companies provide onlya planning application service, so in order
to get building regulation approval you will need to either approach another consultant or trust the contractor to do it for you. We provide both services to ensure a complete job.
As part of our services, we can offer structural details for all our 
designs, so you will have the complete package of details for your
bulding to go through the building regulation and tender processes.
Of course designs are only half the issue. Having good, high
quality specifications are just as important to set the job up
correctly. To support our specifications, we use NBS standards 
to ensure a high quality of build and tender information.
We also have access to full ordnanace survey data and utlity
information so we ensure the details below ground are well understood. If some information is unavailable, we can provide an underground service scan of the site, so there is unlikely to be any surprises from hidden services come to light.
