CDM-C (CDM-Co-ordinator).
In commercial development the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007, form an important part of the building process. With issues of resource and competance of contractors and designers, the regulations are quite stringent with their requirements.
Alpha Design Ltd employ persons who hold individual qualifications to act as 
a CDM-C and are registered, as individuals, on the Designer register with the
Association of Project Safety. Not only have they passed the competance tests but also they hold NEBOSH qualifications to back it up. In addition to all the above, each individual holds a CSCS card to act as a CDM-C, demonstrating in an exam their competance in the legislation.
