Alpha Design Ltd has been appointed to undertake SBEM Calculations and Energy Performance Certificate preparation for a new industrial development in Southampton. The building is a new/refurbishment hybrid project what will need the introduction of LED lighting and solar Photovolatic panels to meet the stringent Building Regulation standards. The Client will end up with a really energy efficient building and hopefully generate a significant income over the coming years from his PV.
